The second Young Lion is taken unto Babylon

Ezekiel 19:12 - But she was plucked up in fury, she was cast down to the ground, and the east wind dried up her fruit: her strong rods were broken and withered; the fire consumed them.

In the lamentation of Ezekiel (chapter 19) the Lord symbolizes the story of the two Churches one which is now known as the Jewish Church and the second the Christian Church.

In very brief words the Lord shows the powerful Jewish Church founded with Abraham how it grew and was feared by many. Later the understanding of the world infected this Church and how it transformed into a Church lives a double life. It does not follow what it says. This Church has a Book of Life which is the Law of God in its hand but follows the things of death which are traditions and called as the Law of Moses. They follow the words and not its understandings therefore it is written it is taken unto Egypt (which means double straits).

Coming to the Christian Church which is founded by the Apostles of Jesus when the congregation received the Holy Spirit, this Church is more powerful and started with tearing into the kingdom of this world and expanding the Kingdom of God. But then too this Church was captured unto Babylon which is confusion. Today there are no more confused people than preachers or leaders of this Church. They have the capacity to contradict themselves even trice in just one statement. They have made the Word of God into words of God. This confusion started with breaking the Word of God into Old and New Testament.

Just some days back I confronted a preacher who said we should not follow the Old Covenants but then in his own statement he also said we should follow some parts of it.

We are blessed as children of Abraham by our faith in Jesus due to the Covenant made by the Lord with Abraham. Also no person can receive healing by the wounds of Jesus had it not been for the Covenant with Moses. 1 Peter 2:24 which states we are healed by the wounds of Jesus Christ has its roots in one of the sacrifices which the Lord told Moses to do for the healing of man, also Galatians 3:13 which states our curses are broken by the hanging of Jesus on the crucifix also as to do with the peace sacrifice told by the Lord to Moses. We entering Heaven has to do with the Covenant with Jacob, Jesus is King has to do with the Covenant with David. I can go on and on. If we remove or reject the previous Covenants than we have nothing but grace and authority and I do not understand what this grace is for?

Jesus gave us the grace to remain in the Covenant between God and man (all 6 before Him - who are Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses and David) even though we failed on our part to keep the Covenant. He also gave us the authority to become overcomers.

The Covenant made with Jesus is a 'better Covenant' means something was added to it and that something is Grace and authority. Nowhere did Jesus say 'I came to replace everything', but in fact said 'I have not come to change but to fulfil it'. Jesus through His way of life and through His Spirit shows us the right way to understand the Covenants made with the 6 people before Him.

Let us bring this Lion out from the chains of Babylon. Let us not pursue a fivefold ministry (which is worldly) but follow the sevenfold ministry which is of the Lord. Let us be founded on the Rock of Truth which is the Spirit of Truth and not on human understanding.

[ Prayer Starter ]
Lord, we pray for your Church that it leaders come into the true understanding of your Word, that they realize without your Spirit they have no way to understand your Kingdom, that they develop a relationship with the Holy Spirit and walk every step with your Spirit. We rebuke the chains of Babylon which have bound the Church and set free thousands in the Name of Jesus...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

Romans 9:6-8
6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:
7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.
8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

Romans 4:16 - Therefore of faith, that by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,

The Word of God was given free to us, therefore we should also share it freely with others.
