Why Christians suffer
Judges 6:1 -
And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the LORD: and the LORD delivered them into the hand of Midian seven years.
When we look around and read the atrocities done against Christians we start to ask, 'does not God see this?'
We know we worship the One and Only God while the others worship gods which do not exist and decoys of Satan to lead them to destruction still these people seem to have a upper hand on the Christians.
In today's message the Lord is telling us we will see more such atrocities being done against the people who call themselves His people, because even though they say they are His people yet they follow practices and do things which He has instructed strictly against.
Christians have incorporated many pagan practices and beliefs into the so called 'Christianity' religion. Man has mastered the art of whitewashing darkness to have darkness and light together.
We have been blindly following the foolishness of our forefathers and so called previous Church leaders without questioning them with scriptures. We trust man more than we trust God.
In today's message the Lord is telling us He will shake these people and crush all that they have built against His instructions. He will set loose the enemy (especially the Muslims) among the Christians and allow them to harm these people who take His Name but are far from His Nature.
If we call ourselves Christians we need to have the Christ factor in us. Without the Nature of Christ in us we are just deceiving Christians and greatest enemies of God.
If we need to stop these atrocities which is set loose amongst us let us like Phinehas in the book of Numbers spiritually slay the deceit that infects the children of the True God.
