Where is grain and wine?

Lamentations 2:12-14
12 They say to their mothers, Where is grain and wine? When they swoon as the wounded in the streets of the city, When their soul is poured out into their mothers' bosom.
13 What shall I testify unto thee? what shall I liken to thee, O daughter of Jerusalem? What shall I compare to thee, that I may comfort thee, O virgin daughter of Zion? For thy breach is great like the sea: who can heal thee?
14 Thy prophets have seen for thee false and foolish visions; And they have not uncovered thine iniquity, to bring back thy captivity, But have seen for thee false oracles and causes of banishment.


We all know the turmoil that is happening around the world, one of them includes the high price of food. This will magnify further then much greater disasters will start - deaths.

We also know the problems that are happening in the Middle East countries and they are just the beginning of the problems. Just today I got a message from the Lord of another country having nuclear arsenals will also go into great public protest like is happening in Egypt. These happenings are not good news to Christians and of great concern to them.

Is this the work of Satan? No.
It is the anger of the Lord against His church and His people, especially the leaders who are causing these problems.

In most of the Churches today we do not see the leaders giving fresh Manna. They are passing the old Manna again and again and these are causing worms among people. A person with 2 grains of fresh Manna is made a hero and he goes on world tours to all various churches. These tours soon stop his receiving even these few grains. He starts to think which of his previous teachings will impress the people. Even if he asks the Lord for a Word, he does not ask the Lord for a new revelation of the Word.

It is not that leaders are not praying or spending time with the world but the problem lies with the walls of restrictions which their fore fathers have created that have stops the fresh Manna. Like the Jews pray at the Wailing Wall, so also is the spiritual status of our leaders. The Jews tie a rope round their hands when they do this and our leaders tie themselves with rules of their seniors. The leaders love to talk sweet things to the people and have mastered the art with their tongue since the people like to hear only sweet things.

Go to a Church, stand on the stage and dare rebuke the people; soon the leaders will make sure you do not preach anywhere else also.

All want prosperity gospel not spiritual prosperity but worldly prosperity. Go to a church and what testimonies do you hear? How the Lord blessed them with a better job? How they got an increment? The only neutral testimony we hear is of people getting healed. But they never try to understand or learn why they had the problem in the first place and what they have been doing to overcome this area of concern.

People wholly and solely depend on the mercy of the Lord, but the Lord did not say my mercy will bring us to Him, He said my Spirit will build us and bring us to Him.

We need to walk in the Spirit and build a day to day relation with the Spirit of the Lord. It is the Spirit of the Lord Who gives us fresh Manna and anointing. Man does not live on just worldly bread but needs spiritual bread (Manna) and spiritual wine (anointing) everyday.

Lord, We look unto your Holy Mountains from where comes our bread and wine. Lord, we pray for all our church leaders that they break the bondages of their pre-setters. That they start walking in Spirit and molding the Church according to the Rock of its foundation...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

14 Thy prophets have seen vain and foolish things for thee: and they have not discovered thine iniquity, to turn away thy captivity; but have seen for thee false burdens and causes of banishment.
15 All that pass by clap their hands at thee; they hiss and wag their head at the daughter of Jerusalem, saying, Is this the city that men call The perfection of beauty, The joy of the whole earth?
16 All thine enemies have opened their mouth against thee: they hiss and gnash the teeth: they say, We have swallowed her up: certainly this is the day that we looked for; we have found, we have seen it.
17 The LORD hath done that which he had devised; he hath fulfilled his word that he had commanded in the days of old: he hath thrown down, and hath not pitied: and he hath caused thine enemy to rejoice over thee, he hath set up the horn of thine adversaries.
18 Their heart cried unto the Lord, O wall of the daughter of Zion, let tears run down like a river day and night: give thyself no rest; let not the apple of thine eye cease.
19 Arise, cry out in the night: in the beginning of the watches pour out thine heart like water before the face of the Lord: lift up thy hands toward him for the life of thy young children, that faint for hunger in the top of every street.
20 Behold, O LORD, and consider to whom thou hast done this. Shall the women eat their fruit, and children of a span long? shall the priest and the prophet be slain in the sanctuary of the Lord?
21 The young and the old lie on the ground in the streets: my virgins and my young men are fallen by the sword; thou hast slain them in the day of thine anger; thou hast killed, and not pitied.
22 Thou hast called as in a solemn day my terrors round about, so that in the day of the LORD担 anger none escaped nor remained: those that I have swaddled and brought up hath mine enemy consumed.
