Show unto others our God and He shall be unto us

Isaiah 58: 10,11 - and if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul: then shall thy light rise in darkness, and thine obscurity be as the noonday; and Jehovah will guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in dry places, and make strong thy bones; and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

Like our mouth speaks words so also out actions also speak a lot. Faith therefore is not just words but is also in actions.

Since God wants to show the world Who He is without harming the world, He does so by His people. He wants His people to imitate Him. If we show unto others that our God is merciful and forgiving by our actions; He does become merciful and forgiving unto us and if we do the opposite, so also God will be the opposite unto us.

So let us show unto others our God is loving, kind, merciful, compassionate, righteous, patient, slow to anger, zealous, never forgetting, ever forgiving, faithful, joyful, good, holy, peace loving, gentle etc. by our actions in being the same towards them, especially those who are of need.

The Lord will be pleased with us being His children and respond a hundred folds the same with us. The Lord says when we show Him unto others He will be our guide and we will never have surprises in our lives, we will never see dead-ends or suddenly see problems. When problems come we will be ready for them and will be taken over them without being affected. The Lord also says He will build and strengthen our character and we will be a beauty unto others. People will be please to be with us for out of us life will flow unto others.

[ Prayer Starter ]
Lord Jesus Christ, we call ourselves Christians - your follower, but in our living we show another christ. Lord Jesus, by your Spirit strengthen us and give us the courage to be like You in our daily life. You are alike to the Father, so by imitating You we imitate the Father Whom no man has seen. When the Father sees Himself in us He will bless us abundantly...

This prayer we make in Your Mighty Name, Amen.

[ Reference Scriptures ]
Matthew 25:31-40
31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

Matthew 18:23-34
23 Therefore is the kingdom of heaven likened unto a certain king, which would take account of his servants.
24 And when he had begun to reckon, one was brought unto him, which owed him ten thousand talents.
25 But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.
26 The servant therefore fell down, and worshipped him, saying, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all. 27 Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt.
28 But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellowservants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me that thou owest.
29 And his fellowservant fell down at his feet, and besought him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.
30 And he would not: but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay the debt. 31 So when his fellowservants saw what was done, they were very sorry, and came and told unto their lord all that was done.
32 Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me:
33 Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee?
34 And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.

The Word of God was given free to us, therefore we should also share it freely with others.
