Are you a slave of the flesh?

Are you bounded in sexual desires like masturbation, a lust of the flesh and feeling bad about it?

Rejoice on your first victory. For you have got your heart to repentance, this is the stage one of the victory that you will have over your flight against lust.

Lust can be compared to a lizard. The lizard is one animal that has the ability to reproduce parts of its body (the home lizard can reproduce its tail, the salamander lizard can even reproduce it other parts). Try to keep away from TV or any source of propaganda of sex and still you fall into its bondage soon or later. To kill this lizard you need to smash its head.

To do this, use this procedure:

1) Getting into position: Get into your system that your body is the temple of God. If God dwells in your body, then you need to keep it sacred. God hates any one who harms His temple and will destroy the person who does, it includes you too. Fear Him when you get any temptation.

1 Corinthians 6
¹⁸ Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a man commits are outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body. ¹⁹ Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; ²⁰ you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.

1 Corinthians 3
¹⁶ Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you? ¹⁷ If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is sacred, and you are that temple.

2) Tools required to do the job: To smash the head you need a big pole with padding on one side. You need to hit the head not whacking it but hit it like you play billiard, it does the job fine and without too much efforts and destruction around. The stick is the promise (Word) of God. And the padding is the anointing of God.

²² This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, ²³ for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, ²⁴ and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

1 Corinthians 2
¹² We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us.

2 Corinthians 3
¹⁷ Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

¹⁸ "The Spirit of the Lord is on me,
because he has anointed me


3) Cornering the lizard: Lizards are fast and when threatened they come charging at you, so you need have him cornered. The cornering is done by the grace of God. The Bible holds a secret to receive God痴 grace, it comes from His mercy, and to receive mercy you need to pursue its partner which is Truth. Pursue the truth (Understanding of the Word) of God and you will receive His grace. Similarly to receive the peace of/from God you need to pursue His righteousness.

¹⁰ Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.


With a believing heart, take the Word of God, with His anointing operate under His grace. Do this and you will be set free from this lizard forever. For whom the Son set free is free indeed and you are no longer a slave of the flesh.

³⁵ Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. ³⁶ So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

The Word of God was given free to us, therefore we should also share it freely with others. (All rights are with God)
