To Get the Fear Out

Isaiah 41:13 - For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.

There are two types of people who do not have fear: one is the fool who does anything and everything without thinking and the other is the one who has the understanding (knows the truth) therefore does not fear.

We as Christians are called not to fear by not being fools but by knowing the truth. We will not have fear when we know who our God is and when we know our standing in the Lord, when we know to discern seasons and situations. There was times when Jesus slipped out of situations not because of fear but He discerned the season and was focused on His mission. So let us be wise and get fear out of us by knowing the truth and let us do not get into situations just because we do not have fear but let us discern like Jesus did with prime importance to give glory to God.

[ Prayer Starter ]

Lord, I thank You for the truth that You reveal to us which removes fear from its root. Lord help me to discern time and situations so that with wisdom I know when to get into and when to avoid. I make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[ Reference Scripture ]

John 8:54-59
54 Jesus answered, "If I glorify myself, my glory is nothing; it is my Father who glorifies me, of whom you say that he is your God.
55 But you have not known him; I know him. If I said, I do not know him, I should be a liar like you; but I do know him and I keep his word.
56 Your father Abraham rejoiced that he was to see my day; he saw it and was glad."
57 The Jews then said to him, "You are not yet fifty years old, and have you seen Abraham?"
58 Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I am."
59 So they took up stones to throw at him; but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple.

The Word of God was given free to us, therefore we should also share it freely with others.
