Want to be crowned?

John 12:26 - If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.

Christianity is not more about receiving but of giving. Giving also more of what we receive from the Lord. Therefore we need to be is an instrument of giving.

Our receiving is less worldly and more Heavenly. The things of this world which we receive here are perishable things, but the things of the Kingdom of Heaven are imperishable and forever.

As we give others of our earthy things and of the Heavenly things we make room to receive more of the Heavenly things. So start giving more and make room for receiving more.

Those who give all of themselves will receive Crowns in Heaven.

[ Prayer Starter ]

Father God, You gave us your only Son, your Son gave all of Himself to us and is King of all mankind. Help me Lord to be like your Son and give more and more of myself, that I may receive the precious things of the Kingdom of Heaven. This I ask in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[ Reference Scriptures ]

1 Corinthians 9:24-27
24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.
25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.
26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:
27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

2 Timothy 4:6-8
6 For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

The Word of God was given free to us, therefore we should also share it freely with others.
