Kingdom of the seed

Psalms 89:3,4 - I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant, Thy seed will I establish for ever, and build up thy throne to all generations. Selah.

When I received this scripture again for a message I was wondering why and what the Lord wanted to tell us and when I understood it, it surprised me.

If one asks any Christian even a theologian on this scripture they will tell you it refers to Jesus Christ and His Kingdom.

Many Christian have a thinking Jesus will come again as man and will rule the world for a 1000years and after that I do not know what they conclude. Some say He will be defeated or killed again or would be taken up. I do not know where they get such understanding. They have fused the Bible with mythological stories by taking bits and pieces of scriptures and lack knowledge of who God is and what His Mission / Cross is.

In simple words His story of man [the Bible] and His Law [as given in the Bible] is for the Righteousness of man which comes through faith in Jesus Christ. Through our faith we receive grace and are called to good works which builds righteousness in us. It is not by good works we are saved but by grace which we receive through our faith, and when this faith becomes living in us it causes us to do good works [the Mission of Christ]. The good works confirms our faith and brings fruit to the grace we have received.

The Hebrew word 'zera' translated as seed in today's message does not refer to 'a seed' but to the yield, for it comes from the word zara which means to sow. When one sows he or she does not plant one seed but many seeds.

Jesus is referred to as Son of God and the Gospel of John 1:12 says Christ came to make those who believe in Him into Sons of God.

When Jesus spoke of the Kingdom He used the words Kingdom of Heaven or Kingdom of God. Only twice He used the words 'my kingdom' and at both times He referred to the end on Judgment day when He comes in glory. He also mentions not just Him but with Him others too will also sit on thrones. To understand the thrones one need to understand what the 12 tribes represent and what the Heavens are made of.

People think His glory will be magnificent and will peak when He comes again, No.

When He comes again it is written He will come as Son of Man not as God the Son. He comes as what He humbled Himself to [a man]. It is only when He returns to the Father with His Bride will He be what He was before He humbled Himself - as God [the Son].

Jesus [the man] was the first true Israel and the first of Zion; He came to make us Israel and bring us into Zion and if a person understands this, he or she will understand what today's message tells us.

Note today's message has the word Selah at its end. The words tells us to reflect deeply on this message for in it lies great treasure.

[ Prayer Starter ]
Lord, your Word tells us what man has not imagined or conceived in His heart that You have set for Him in your Kingdom. Lord, we pray for your people for they have harden their hearts and are far from You that is why precious things of your Kingdom are hidden from them...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.
