Without Me you can do nothing

John 15:5 - I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.:

People mostly think when it comes to involving the Lord into something, that something needs to be either preaching or connected to it. Only rarely it would include other activities that too only when everything else fails.

Why is the Lord the last option in our daily life activities? Why does taking the help of the Lord or involving Him in our daily life activities be so difficult for us?

It does not mean you need to sit in prayer every time you do anything. It means to be led by the Lord - His Spirit and His Word. For example if you are reporting to someone senior at office, you would do all things under the guidelines of that person, if you are confused on something you will not hesitate to approach that person and consult. But this does not happen between us and the Lord.

Why is the Lord not so approachable for us? Is it because we do not see Him, or we do sense his presence? Or is it the lack of faith in Him and His Word?

Father God, You are a merciful God. In your anger You allowed man to suffer but your love and mercy overcame your anger and open the doors of blessings on your people. Lord we look for the opening of these doors once again in our lives. May your Hand be over us and your countenance shine on us always. We ask this in Jesus' Name, Amen.

The Word of God was given free to us, therefore we should also share it freely with others.
