God has given them all unto us if we thirst

Obadiah 1:19,20,21 - And the south shall possess the mount of Esau; and the plain the Philistines: and they shall possess the fields of Ephraim, and the fields of Samaria: and Benjamin Gilead. And the captivity of this host of the children of Israel that of the Canaanites, unto Zarephath; and the captivity [exiles] of Jerusalem, which in Sepharad, shall possess the cities of the south. And saviours shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the LORD'S. [Italic words removed]

Before I come to the message I like to expound on some words.

Esau means 'hairy' - spiritually symbolizes those who live only on grace and do not work towards righteousness. We are saved by grace unto righteousness. It is by faith we receive grace and the Spirit of God we receive by the grace of God reveals the Word and leads us to keep the Word thus brings righteousness in us.

Philistine means 'immigrants' - spiritually symbolizes those who have doubt about their fundamental belief. They are the ones who hop from denomination to denomination, church to church or religion to religion. They cause more confusion to people, than anything else.

Ephraim means 'doubled blessed' - God has given us everything that we need, being blessed means receiving what God has provided to us. Being doubled blessed means trying to squeeze out more than what is needed, or graving for more than what God has planned for us. These are the prosperity Gospel seekers. Like God allowed Lucifer to take much of the Tree of Life in Heaven, more than what he needed which later caused him a very anointed of God to fall, so also He allows us. He will not stop us from craving for things of this world, it is we who should decide what we desire - this world or His Kingdom, they both do not get alone; we have to choose best of one, for we cannot have best of both, best of one and less of the other.

Samaria means 'watch mountain' and comes from the root word which means to observe. It refers to the audience in the Church. People who think giving attendance to church on Sundays is all about being Christian. They think the mission of Christ is dedicated to only a few and surely they are not one of those few.

Benjamin means 'son of the right hand'. Scripturally it refers to those who are worldly righteous that is why we see this tribe refused to cross the river Jordan to claim the Promised Land which symbolized Heaven.

Gilead means 'rocky mountains'. It refers to people who have little, little understanding of the Kingdom of God. The problem is not the quantity but the problem is they cannot relate their one understanding with the other. The Bible is called Word of God not words of God. The Truth is symbolized as one large rock, more like a cliff not many stones. Truth is one, all understanding of scriptures inter-connect together and inter-relates with each other as one, therefore is symbolized by the fruit pomegranate.

Children of Israel means 'little ones of Israel' or spiritually growing.

Canaanites means 'Canaan zealous' (inhabitants or descendants of Canaan) and Canaan means 'low land' thus symbolizes those who believing suffering or being oppressed is the way to Heaven and thus passionately pursue it.

Zarephath means 'refinery' symbolizing people who think being tested is good (contrary to Jesus teaching us in the prayer 'Our Father' to ask the Father not to put us to test).

Exiles of Jerusalem - Jerusalem here means 'teaching of peace' and these people are those who use force, aggression or hostility to prove their doctrine or understanding of scriptures.

The Lord is telling us all these people the Lord will give unto us if we are from the south. Here the Hebrew word translated as south comes from the root word meaning 'thirsty'. The Lord is saying if we are thirsty for Him, He will fill us with Living water (which symbolizes understanding of the Kingdom of God - which gives eternal life). Note here the Lord uses the word Saviours and not just Saviour. This we got in our previous messages the Lord Jesus Christ has called us to be like Him and to rule with Him. He came to give back to man the dominance in this world that was given unto man by God and which man lost when sin came in his life.

Time is come for us to have a vertical growth and thus manifest the power of God and to declare the Kingdom of God.

[ Prayer Starter ]
Lord, the world does not know You because your people do not manifest your power and glory. Your people do not thirst for You therefore do not receive your understanding and thus lack and suffer as Christians. Lord we pray You fill your people with more and more thirst of your Kingdom that we can claim and bring all these people You mentioned unto You...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

The Word of God was given free to us, therefore we should also share it freely with others.
