Rather be healed

Heb 12:13 - And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.

We always complain about problems, but if problems were not there then 99.9999 percent of the people (which includes me) may have never known God. I do not say problems are good, but man is such that problems are necessary for him to remind him that God exists.

Can a loving God whom we refer as Father and who has shown his extreme love for us by sacrificing his only Son, also be so hard hearted to see us in problems and not do anything about it?

Let me put it this way, can a child who leaves the Fathers house and gets into problems blame the Father for it? Leaving the house is our decision so aren't we to bear the consequence? This Father is so loving and merciful that even thought we willingly leave his house fold yet He keeps an eye on us that we may not get consumed by our problems. Many a times He has proven that, even if in his angry He delivered his people into disasters, yet because of his love He bought them out of it and blessed them (i.e. Jeremiah 30:15-21).

So in problems do not curse God or yourself, nor thank God for the problem, but concentrate on the area that needs healing so that the problem disappears forever.

[ Prayer Starter ]
Lord God, every time there are problems in my life I either forget about You or think because You are angry with me therefore are punishing me. I fail to remind myself that if it was just anger then You would have crushed me in seconds, but because of your love You are reminding me to come back unto your fold to live in peace forever. Lord, I know that You will never allow my problems to consume me but yet I ask that your mercy be on me always to deliver me ASAP. I ask this in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Hebrew 12:11-13
11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
12 Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees;
13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.

Jeremiah 30:15-21
15 Why criest thou for thine affliction? thy sorrow is incurable for the multitude of thine iniquity: because thy sins were increased, I have done these things unto thee.
16 Therefore all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil thee shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey.
17 For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.
18 Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will bring again the captivity of Jacob’s tents, and have mercy on his dwellingplaces; and the city shall be builded upon her own heap, and the palace shall remain after the manner thereof.
19 And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.
20 Their children also shall be as aforetime, and their congregation shall be established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them.
21 And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me: for who is this that engaged his heart to approach unto me? saith the LORD.

The Word of God was given free to us, therefore we should also share it freely with others.
