That day, you will have no needs to ask for

John 16:22,23 - And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you. And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.


In yesterday's message I had mentioned that we lack, basically because we do not know our God. By today's message, the Lord wants to drive this in us.

On the Judgment day when all of mankind, those who are saved will come before Jesus Christ to be judged. Those who have been found good will enter the Kingdom of Heaven and will also have the Name of the Lord written on their hearts. They will then know their rightful position in the King of God. This will bring them to lack nothing.

This also means, till then we will have some areas of needs in our lives, but it is up to us to reduce this or not. The more we try to know God and know who we are in the Lord the lesser will we be lacking.

If you have areas, be it financial, medical or spiritual wherein you are lacking, do not look at that your need but look at your God, who is Omnipotent.

Father God, You are God over all. We suffer because we do not know You. Father, though Jesus You have opened the door for us to know You. Lord, your Word and your Spirit leads us to know You and to build our relationship with You. O Holy Spirit of God, open our minds and our hearts and help us build our relation with You...

This we ask in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Hebrew 8:10-13
10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.
