They shall betray each other

Matthew 24:10 - And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

I saw this scripture come true just a few days back on TV. After the attacks on Christian's prayer centers in India, a few of the Church leaders of one section trying to defend themselves started openly putting the blame on another sections of Christians for conversions. What was their fault? That they stood by the instructions that Jesus gave 'Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature'. Our mission as Christians is to save other souls. We do not force anybody to change. If a person is dying of thirst, is it a crime to give water to such a person? If that is wrong then what are we as Christians? The choice to follow Christ is a personal choice; we should not and cannot force anybody to do so. But we can at least make a choice to be united in Christ and in love, can't we?

[ Prayer Starter ]
Lord Jesus, when You were man on earth You stood by the truth. You were not afraid of anybody and of anything except God. Lord I prayer You give us the courage; specially to the leaders to stand for the truth at all cost and to trust in You for everything. This I ask in Your mighty Name, Amen.
