Abundant Grace

Romans 6:14 - For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

God's people in past days fought tremendous battles to attain to righteousness in trying circumstances. Some perhaps had been allowed to overcome them or, at least, to turn them aside from their singleness of purpose toward God. The resulting conflict was a terrible one as they seek to adjust and be right with God. They found themselves baffled by spiritual foes, and they were helpless and perplexed. How dark and dreary the struggle! At such times how helpless and ineffectual it must have seem to be! Others in their walk with the Lord even became martyrs. Every disobedience and obedience becomes a testimony. Today and the days ahead we inspired by the testimonies avoid or set those ahead of us as examples and build ourselves in Christ. This is the grace that we receive and this grace is more abundant as time comes near to the end days. All this will peak till the nature of Christ comes alive in us and we become sons of God.

[ Prayer Starter ]

Lord God, I thank You for the grace You have poured on us. We ask You to bless those who have suffered and set themselves as a good example for us. We also ask You to protect us from falling as those who fell before us. Thank You Lord for this abundant grace time You have made us in. I make this prayer in Name of my risen Lord, Amen.
