The Christians are coming!

Isaiah 54:6,7,8 - For the LORD hath called thee as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, and a wife of youth, when thou wast refused, saith thy God. For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee. With a little wrath I hid My face from you for a moment; But with everlasting kindness I will have mercy on you," Says the LORD, your Redeemer.


If one tracks the history of the Christian Church from the time of the Apostles up to now, one will see a rollercoaster journey. Persecutions have been there with the church right from the start even during the times of the Apostles. But one will read in the books of Acts even when Saul / Paul was attacking the Christians the main people (the Apostles) were in Jerusalem and were not running for cover, all were in peace and were well aware of their future. The attack actually helped the Church expand to other places.

Even in the worst when Jerusalem was attack a few years later as prophesized by Jesus the Christians were saved when they escaped to the hills of Jerusalem. But we read in Rome about 200 years later the Christians were brutally massacred by being thrown to lions, nailed on crucifies, burnt alive etc...

We see the period from 200AD to 1400AD even if the Christianity has expanded there has been an almost zero spiritual growth of the Church. The main reason the believers moved to Christianity was more social than spiritual. I am not an authority on History but I could hardly record any charismatic evangelist or Man of God during this period. People were called saints more because they suffered atrocities, than seeing the glory of God in them. If they ever did one or two miracles a whole book was written on that. If we go by what is happening now every 5th or 6th true believing worker of God's Kingdom should be canonized as living saint.

These 1260years the Church has been literacy functioning without anything to do with God. It was in 1400-1500 AD that the Bible was given to the people and the Word of God started to come alive in the hearts of people. This movement has grown multifold and today we have many Men and Women of God almost maturing in Spirit. These are the people whom the Lord calls as people of Zion.

The true Church of God will soon be seeing daylight when more and more people of Zion come into existence this is the promise which the Lord is reassuring us today.

Christianity is not a religion but a relationship with God; if God or His glory is not experienced in that relationship than we cannot call ourselves Christians.

Soon we will see fearless, Word bearing, taught by God, miracles making, God protected, love and kindness emitting, feared by people of this world, blessed in all areas men and women addressed also as Christians.

Lord God, the world needs to know You. Lord as your Church is coming into existence and your glory is seen on your people the Lord will know that You alone are Lord God Almighty One. Lord we pray that we see this with our own eyes so that when we sleep we have this joy in our hearts...

Isaiah 54:11-17
11 "O you afflicted one, Tossed with tempest, and not comforted, Behold, I will lay your stones with colorful gems, And lay your foundations with sapphires.
12 I will make your pinnacles of rubies, Your gates of crystal, And all your walls of precious stones.
13 All your children shall be taught by the LORD, And great shall be the peace of your children.
14 In righteousness you shall be established; You shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; And from terror, for it shall not come near you.
15 Indeed they shall surely assemble, but not because of Me. Whoever assembles against you shall fall for your sake.
16 "Behold, I have created the blacksmith Who blows the coals in the fire, Who brings forth an instrument for his work; And I have created the spoiler to destroy.
17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their righteousness is from Me," Says the LORD.
