Do you need encouragement today?

1 Chronicles 16:9 - Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him, talk ye of all his wondrous works.


If you are feeling down, anxious, worried, need faith for physical or inner healing etc. the easiest way out is to praise the Lord. Praise Him for the marvelous deeds which He has done both in your life and the lives of people around you.

If it was not for the great mercies of the Lord many of us would not had not seen today's sun. Do not just think about this life in the flesh which we enjoy, but think about the opportunity we get to change our hearts and be saved from eternal damnation.

Yesterday I had visited a hospital and after looking at all the people fighting to live, really puts one spiritually down. It is just crazy to see the struggle that they go through to live a few hours more without having any idea what is set for them behind the curtain; the curtain of life here on earth. Soon or latter either today or tomorrow or a few days ahead, they will surely cross that curtain. What then?

Let us, who have come to know God and have experienced His mercy, lift our hands and praise Him and give glory to His precious Name. He found it worthy for us to know Him and about eternal life, thus given an opportunity to prepare our journey ahead.

Therefore we should not behave like bats moving around in the dark, based on responses to ones senses.

Father God, You are an awesome God. You are Father of mercies. We thank You Father for letting us know You. We thank You for your Son Jesus Christ and by His sacrifice opening the door to Heaven for us. We thank You for your Word and your Spirit, which instructs us, guides us and sustains us on our journey unto You. We praise and worship You and your Holy Name. You are worthy of all praise. May your Name be lifted up before all mankind, that they may see You, know You and change their way unto You...

We make this prayer in Jesus' Name Amen.

11 Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually.
12 Remember his marvellous works that he hath done, his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;
13 O ye seed of Israel his servant, ye children of Jacob, his chosen ones.
14 He is the LORD our God; his judgments are in all the earth.
