The great army of women

Psalms 68:11-13 [KJV]
11 The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.
12 Kings of armies did flee apace: and she that tarried at home divided the spoil.
13 Though ye have lien among the pots, yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold.

Psalms 68:11-13 [NASB]
11 The Lord gives the command; The women who proclaim the good tidings are a great host:
12" Kings of armies flee, they flee, And she who remains at home will divide the spoil!"
13 When you lie down among the cooking stones or saddle bags sheepfolds, You are like the wings of a dove covered with silver, And its pinions with glistening gold.

Psalms 68:11-13 [RSV]
11 the lord gives the command; great is the host of those who bore the tidings:
12 "the kings of the armies, they flee, they flee!" the women at home divide the spoil,
13 though they stay among the sheepfolds-the wings of a dove covered with silver, its pinions with green gold.

Yesterday we understood as an example the true Law of Moses through Bible image study. In today's message which the Lord has given us He likes us to get deeper into understanding His scriptures well by this study.

Most people get confused between translations and with today's message one wonders if the source of the translations is the same. This is one reason I always tell those who are seriously studying scriptures not to stick to any one translation. All of the translations being right yet are different because each is giving a different dimension of the meaning of scriptures.

It is only when we put the person or objects they symbolize into the scripture we get the real understanding of scriptures and also realize this is what Jesus, Paul, John and others from the New Testament preached.

Like I told you a woman is a man yet not fully matured in spirit or yet not become a son of God. The word translated as 'home' occurs 2055 times in scriptures and is translated differently as below:

house 1881, household 54, home 25, within 22, temple 11, prison 16, place 16, family 3, families + 01 2, dungeon 2, misc 23

In this scripture it speaks of being part of the temple or family which symbolizes the Church / Body of Christ.

The wing of dove here is described here as made of silver and the feathers made of gold. Wings symbolize grace, silver symbolizes earthly riches, gold spiritual riches and dove symbolizes Spirit. If one looks at the structure of a wing most part on the wing is the feathers. A basic small skeleton is what is left if the feathers are removed.

Putting the meaning into place the same scripture gives a great depth of understanding.

Psalms 68:11-13 [with symbolization put]
11 The Lord gives the command (Word); the believers (spiritually growing) who proclaim the good tidings (Gospel) are a great host (army):
12" Kings of armies (earthly armies includes fallen angels) flee, they flee, And the believers who remains in the Body of Christ will divide the spoil!(treasure)"
13 When you rest (fellowship) among the sheepfolds (flock of Jesus - the Good Shepherd), You are like the grace of the Spirit covered with needed riches of this world (includes skills, earthly knowledge etc.), And its feathers of spiritual riches (gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit).

[ Reference Scripture ]
Mark 16:15-18
15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Luke 4:18-19
18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

1 Corinthians 9:16-19
16 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!
17 For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.
18 What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel.
19 For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.

2 Corinthians 6:13-18
13 Now for a recompence in the same, (I speak as unto my children,) be ye also enlarged.
14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

1 John 1:1-3
1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;
2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)
3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

The Word of God was given free to us, therefore we should also share it freely with others.
