John 1:51 And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man.
If we understand the Bible, man who lost the image of God due to sin/corruption is processed to have not just the image restored but to be upgraded. Thus, man does not return, but a transformed man who Jesus states as Angels. This He demonstrated and confirmed by His transfiguration.
Those who reject the Lord or are rejected by the Lord suffer their sins in Hell; they judge themselves. It is those who believe are the ones who stand before the Judgment Seat. The interesting part is that none have a say in what they are, for what they are will be manifested into what they transform into. The sheep, those who do the Will of the Lord and abide in Him, will transform into Heavenly Angels, while the goats, those who believe in the Lord but do not abide in His Will/do His Will, will also transform into angels but fallen angels/demons and will be punished along with Satan and those one-third kept from the starting in the Lake of Fire.
Word of God says the Word within us will judge us. It will bring out what is within us. It is only while we are in the flesh that we can mould our souls/inner-man; we cannot do anything once we die our natural death, something no one knows when it will knock on our doors. So let us not waste the day and work as if there is no tomorrow.
[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You are Almighty God. You are our Creator; everything that exists is made by You. Lord, You made all things for a purpose; it is only when we understand that purpose that we will realise how awesome You are. Lord, we pray we are not deceived by lusts for things of this world but seek that which is Heavenly. We pray we realise the cost in rejecting Your Word and not abiding in it…
We make this prayer in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
