Acts 22: 14 And he said, The God of our fathers hath chosen thee, that thou shouldest know his will, and see that Just One, and shouldest hear the voice of his mouth.

Before I had my encounter with the Lord, when I would hear things from the Bible, especially the OT, I would think they were things that happened only in those times and that one cannot expect them to happen now. The mentality that Catholics carry, and so do many Believers. Most Believers believe in healings and miracles on a personal level, not on a greater level affecting cities or nations. To think that the Lord can move instantly on a global level is out of the radar of Christians today.

It was only after my encounter with the Lord that I started to realise that truly nothing is impossible for the Lord. I had encounters like hearing an audible voice speaking unto me while I was hearing secular music on an MP3 player many years back, and later not finding such a recording on that player. I have seen through me the Lord causing the shaking or stopping the shaking of cities and states. I have seen really awesome things, which many a time I cannot openly share, except for a very few.

It was a joy to see the Lord doing things in the life of my daughter, too. Just a few days back, my daughter was witnessing the Kingdom of God to her friend and showed her a testimony of her cousin on Instagram. She showed her the testimony twice, and as her friend saw it, she started to cry with tears flowing. She was moved by what she saw. Later, the next day, when my daughter spoke with her cousin, her cousin was shocked, for she had deleted her account the day before in the morning, so there was no way that the videos could exist that evening. Later, when my daughter again checked, they were not available.

Our real journey in the Lord starts when we start to hear His Voice. That is the time we see Him as a pillar of cloud and pillar of fire moving ahead of us. It does not mean only a few will experience it, but anyone who truly seeks the Lord surely will.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You are Almighty God. You are a Living God. You do not sleep or take a holiday. You see us in any and every given moment and also seek to speak unto us when we open our ears unto You. Lord, we pray we realise we have You always, and it is we who stop You by our faithlessness from working in our lives…

This prayer we make in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]
Exodus 33:11 And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend. And he turned again into the camp: but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not out of the tabernacle.

Deuteronomy 34:10 And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face,

Jeremiah 1:7-9
7 But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I [am] a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.
8 Be not afraid of their faces: for I [am] with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.
9 Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.

Samuel 3:1-10
1 And the child Samuel ministered unto the LORD before Eli. And the word of the LORD was precious in those days; [there was] no open vision.
6 And the LORD called yet again, Samuel. And Samuel arose and went to Eli, and said, Here [am] I; for thou didst call me. And he answered, I called not, my son; lie down again.
7 Now Samuel did not yet know the LORD, neither was the word of the LORD yet revealed unto him.
8 And the LORD called Samuel again the third time. And he arose and went to Eli, and said, Here [am] I; for thou didst call me. And Eli perceived that the LORD had called the child.
9 Therefore Eli said unto Samuel, Go, lie down: and it shall be, if he call thee, that thou shalt say, Speak, LORD; for thy servant heareth. So Samuel went and lay down in his place.
10 And the LORD came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel answered, Speak; for thy servant heareth.
