Romans 14:7 For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself.

We all know the Lord (The Son) created us and created all things for a purpose. What today’s scripture says is that even if we abide in the purpose, or not, yet we fulfil the purpose!

It is true that if we do not abide by the purpose, we still fulfil the purpose. We all glorify the Lord even when we go against Him, His Kingdom, or His Name. The Bible says that both Moses and Pharaoh glorified the Lord, but between them, one shall be glorified in Him and the other vilified. One will prosper for eternity, and the other will suffer vanity.

Let us understand that we live for the Lord and also die to Him. We have a choice to live or to die; either way, we will glorify Him. So let us choose life instead of death. Let us die to ourselves so that we live in Him, we will be an example. If we choose to live for ourselves, then we will surely die in Him and be made an example.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You are Almighty God. You, Lord, are Life, and Life is only in You. You made us so that we may have life. Lord, we pray that we understand that when we choose You, we choose life and not death and suffering. We pray, we die to ourselves so that we have life in You…

This prayer we make in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
