Daniel 11:40 And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: and the king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.<\/p>\n
The book of Daniel, chapters from 1 to 6 were originally written in Aramaic and chapters 7 to 12 were intentionally written in Hebrew. If one understands the relevance of the 3 languages in the Bible, then one will also see that all the prophecies expounded in the Aramaic section are concerning worldly matters, and those in the Hebrew sections are concerning spiritual matters. So if we truly understand today\u2019s scripture, it is not to do with any earthly kingdom or country.<\/p>\n
Interestingly, south in Hebrew refers to west\/right and north to east\/left, for spiritually there are only two directions towards the Glory\/Throne of God and far from it. God is everywhere, so it is not towards God or away from Him.<\/p>\n
Towards His Throne (west\/right hand) means where His Reign\/Rule\/Law\/Principles are in action; this is where light is. But far from this place means the Law\/Principles of God are not abided by (east\/left hand), thus it is a place of darkness (means obstruction of light). The Tree of Life \/ Eden is protected from the east, for Heaven (Upper Heavens) are towards the west\/right and earth\/this creation or Hell are towards the east\/left.<\/p>\n
Thus, if we look at today\u2019s scripture in its true sense, it talks of unrighteousness casting a shadow over righteousness, and the world is engulfed by it. But when I got it today, I was wondering why now, why today, what the Lord was trying to say. So I dug deeper and found that the Hebrew word \u2018negeb\u2019 is used, which means \u2018parched\u2019 instead of \u2018teyman\u2019 (which means right). Also, for the north, the Hebrew word used is tsaphown, which comes from the root word meaning \u2018to hide\u2019.<\/p>\n
Although the treasures of the Kingdom of God are hidden, God does not desire them to remain hidden, but wants them to be found and received. On the other hand, only things of darkness desire to be hidden, not be exposed. For the moment, they are exposed; they will be destroyed. It is for this reason that all worldly religions do not expose Satan, Hell or the Lake of Fire.<\/p>\n
Satan and his kingdom remain hidden. People think those who worship Satan are those who make idols of demons or temples in his name. They will be shocked that his real followers\/worshipers are not there, but within Churches, with some leading them. The Bible goes on to say the temple\/throne of Satan (his doctrine is enforced) is the Vatican (Babylon the Great). Even in Believer Churches we have Satan\u2019s true followers who with hardened hearts have become wolves that devourer sheep.<\/p>\n
Through today\u2019s scripture the Lord is telling us something pertaining to the current situation. The word used for south in today\u2019s scripture means desert\/parched. So the Lord is telling us the king of the land of riches will devour the king of the land of the desert. This battle\/war that is going on will not last long as people think, but will end soon with the Islamic regime brought down\/replaced. Lord has answered the prayers of Christians in the land of Iran.<\/p>\n

\nLord, You are Almighty God. Lord, You are an awesome God. You used Babylon to punish your people when they did not abide in You. You also used it to bless your people through Daniel. You use the powers of this world when required to bless your people as they cry out to You. Lord we thank You for answering the prayers of your people in Iran that they will know You and call on Your Name freely…<\/p>\n
This prayer we make in Jesus\u2019 Name, Amen.<\/p>\n
