The Lord will measure our hearts with a string

Ezekiel 41:3 - Also he went inside and measured the doorposts, two cubits; and the entrance, six cubits high; and the width of the entrance, seven cubits.

After the Lord taught me about our spiritual body and different parts of the inner-man, He led me to this chapter of which we have received a scripture as the message for today.

At first I thought what kind of crooked structure is this which has such odd measurements?

It was my knowledge of Bible image study and Bible numeric which helped me understand that the Lord was measuring the inner-man, the Temple in which the Lord dwells. Each part and measurement gives details of the priority, purpose and process of that part of the Heart.

In today's message the Lord talks about the entrance to our inner-man the Temple of the Lord, and asks us if it is according to the measurement given today.

The measurement given today by which we need to measure tells us that even though we are not perfect and fall short being like Jesus, are we allowing the Holy Spirit to make us like Christ?

The only way to have a temple in us in which the Lord can dwell, is by letting the Spirit of God to work in us and make our imperfect souls into that like Christ's.

In Genesis when God created man in the physical it is written after creating a body of mud, God put in a spirit in it and it is written that being became a living soul.

The spirit and soul existed before the body was made and that is why God says He knows us from the foundation of creation. After the spirit and soul were put in the body the soul became alive like mouldable clay. It is as far as we are still in this body we can keep moulding this clay and try to form an image of Christ with it. The day we breathe our last, the moulding process ceases and our moulds will be measured on the Judgment Day and only those which are somewhat representing like Christ will be allowed to enter Heaven to be blocks of the Great Temple.

Today God forbid your moulding stops, ask yourself with what you have in hand are you ready to present this mould as resemblance of Christ?

Do not waste time, for time in this body is a great gift God has given us, use it to let the Spirit of God to work on our hearts so that we can present the best unto God.

The people in the Old Testament were not privileged to know what the Heart or Nature of God looked like so that they could mould themselves to be sons, but we have the Nature of God manifested in the flesh in Jesus to be looked at. So let us become sons of God by moulding our inner-man, our hearts like Him.

Lord, we thank You of the gift of this day. Help us Lord to use this gift fruitfully. Help us to surrender hearts to You so that by your Spirit You work in us and mould us like Jesus...

This prayer we make in Jesus' Name, Amen.

6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,

Galatians 6:4-10
4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
5 For every man shall bear his own burden.
6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.
7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

The Word of God was given free to us, therefore we should also share it freely with others.
