Colossians 2: 14,15 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; [And] having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
If we look at the Bible, understand it and see it from a bird’s eye view, putting it in a nutshell, we will realise the purpose is not to defeat Satan or his goons but to defeat the powers behind him and, moreover, to highlight the powers of goodness.
What God has planned for us can not be achieved without understanding the powers of goodness.
God did not create this universe for some petty fight against His creation, but for greater things. What we should be happy, we were not directly created as Angels but were made humans with an opportunity to become one and in the process, be the forerunners of the battle against principalities and powers that could destroy mighty Cherub. God use us mere humans, who are like insects to those beings in Heaven, using His help to have victory over these principalities and powers.

Lord, You are Almighty God. You alone are God, and there is none like You. You created all things with design and purpose. These are hidden from those who do not know You or seek You. Lord, we pray that we seek You and Your Word more and more, so that the hidden is plainly visible to us. We pray we realise that it is Truth that enables us and strengthens us to overcome…
