Luke 11:10 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
When we look at today’s scripture, we think as a Christian life is easy, everyone who asks receives, who seeks finds, and whoever knocks on the door it will be opened.
What we need to see it the other way that is unless we ask, we will not receive, unless we seek, we will not find, and unless we go to the door and knock on it, the door will not be opened for us.
Let us understand that sometimes in the start, we may receive things on a platter, but not always. As we grow in the Lord, we need to spiritually exercise so as to get things. We are not called to earn it, but that also means that without doing anything, we will keep getting things.
Let us understand that there is no lazy Christian; only when we are active do we become Christians. We are called to move, overpower and overtake for the Kingdom’s sake. We move by force.

Lord, You are Almighty God. You, Lord, are a Living God. You do not sleep nor tire. You, Lord, are active. Even in Your rest, You move. Lord, we pray we understand that to have life we need to be active and nothing just comes automatically…
