Romans 10: 11,12 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

When we read today’s scripture, we would say that this problem may have existed then, not today, for all Churches welcome anyone of any race or colour, but the scripture still calls out to us to change.

In India, we have class differences still running in the Church, especially in the south of India. They carry surnames according to their class to differentiate themselves from others, and privileges are given according to their surnames/class.

What may surprise many is that this problem exists in all churches all over the world; Christians have still not overcome race differences. I am not speaking about white, black or Asian but between everyone and Jews. Many Christians foolishly think that Jews are preferred citizens of Heaven. They enjoy VIP status in the Kingdom of God.

It is true Hebrew were the first to know God and receive His promises, but after they rejected the invitation went to all. God wanted to show that He cannot be taken for granted by anyone, even those whose ancestors were great Men of God.

Yesterday at service, the Preacher was preaching about all being the same, even across religions, all have the image of God!

We need to understand that in spirit we are all created in the image of God, for we were created together. But in the natural, only Adam was made in the image of God. We all inherited a corrupted image from our fathers, in whose loins we are put from the start. Jesus, as man, was not born of any father or mother (it was a surrogate birth); thus was without blemish. As Christians, we are called to disconnect from Adam and connect to Jesus to be free of that corruption. We are called to over our natural selves and walk in spirit.

Salvation is a personal choice irrespective of gender, caste, class, colour, or race. Blessings are inherited, but salvation is not amongst them, unless it is an infant. The moment we come to our senses, discernment, and decision-making, we have to choose between Heaven, Hell and the Lake of Fire.

All are equal in the eyes of God; He loves all the same, but He responds according to their hearts.

[Prayer Starter]
Lord, You are Almighty God. You are God and God of all creation. You created all that exists, but You chose a few to know You, because You can see their hearts. Lord, we pray we realise we are equal in Your Eyes, and that You love all the same; those who are blessed more are called to a greater test. We pray we do not look down on anyone nor lift anyone above us, only Your Name can be lifted up and those who manifest Your Name be respected more…

This prayer we make in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

John 8:44 Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
